How Salesforce Support UI Enhancer handles your info. Operated by VanHix. Last updated: 27 June 2026.
1. Introduction
Salesforce Customer Support UI Enhancer (“the Extension”) is published by VanHix. It is a Chrome extension for support agents using Salesforce Lightning, Knowledge pages, and (optionally) ChatGPT for email drafting.
The Extension does not sell user data, show ads, or use analytics SDKs. Salesforce case content and email bodies are not stored on VanHix servers.
2. Account & subscription
Sign in with a magic link sent to your email. To manage Pro subscriptions, VanHix’s license API receives:
- Your email address
- A stable device identifier (one active device per account)
- Subscription tier (Free or Pro) after Razorpay payment verification
Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. VanHix does not store card or UPI details.
3. Single purpose
Productivity for Salesforce support agents: copy tools, case-tab validation UI, attachment highlighting, and optional user-initiated ChatGPT email assist.

7. Information we do not collect
- Salesforce passwords or session tokens
- OpenAI / ChatGPT API keys
- Advertising identifiers
- Case content or email bodies on our servers
8. Sharing and third parties
Razorpay processes Pro subscription payments. OpenAI (ChatGPT) applies when you use Email AI — only text you choose is copied to your ChatGPT tab. No data is sold to brokers.

The Extension does not request <all_urls>. Exact hosts are listed in the Chrome Web Store manifest.
10. Remote code
No. All Extension code is bundled in the Chrome Web Store package.
11. Retention and your choices
- Sign out — clears local session
- Reset in options — restores default toggles
- Uninstall — removes local Extension data
- Cancel Pro — via Razorpay subscription management or support email
