VanHix.com is a static marketing and support site. We do not run advertising, analytics trackers, or third-party marketing SDKs on these pages.
What we collect through the website
- Nothing automatically. Browsing our pages does not create a VanHix account or submit personal data to us.
- Email correspondence. If you email support@vanhix.com, we receive whatever you choose to send (your email address, message content, and any attachments).
- Hosting logs. Our web host (Hostycare) may record standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages as part of normal website operation.
Cookies
This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser may store fonts loaded from Google Fonts; see Google’s privacy policy for how Google handles font requests.
How we use website data
Support emails are used only to respond to your request and improve our products. We do not sell website visitor data.
